Exciting progress continues at our future House! Crews are busy digging trenches, placing rebar, and forming walls for the elevators, laying the crucial groundwork for the structure.
We’re excited to share that our expansion construction is progressing well! With the piling phase complete, we’re now moving into the concrete phase, a major milestone for RMHC Charleston.
On June 26, we officially broke ground on the expansion of our House — a milestone that marks a new chapter in our mission to serve more families with children receiving medical care in Charleston. This project will more than double our capacity, helping us provide comfort, care, and a “Home-away-from-home” to even more families in need.
